FAQs
How long does a drop-off appointment take to arrive?
Please place your order at least two hours in advance if you would like to receive your order at a specific time. Last-minute appointments can take anywhere from 15 - 120 mins to arrive.
Do you have a store front or showroom?
No, unfortunately, we do not currently have a public display space for our members to view our collections. We are only found online. Maybe one day though!
I don’t know any of your members and have no referral, can I still become a member?
No, sorry. We are only accepting referrals from existing customers at this time.
What is your delivery zone?
We are currently only serving Richmond City, Manchester, Bon Air, Tuckahoe, Lakeside, Willow Lawn, Church Hill, and East End.
What are your payment options?
Cash only at this time. We are looking into other payment options but have yet to find one that beats cash. CASH IS KING.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes and no. There is a $10 delivery fee if you are spending less than $100 in membership dues. But if you plan to spend more, the delivery fee is waived.
